SOP: Cohortium Settings Configuration

Objective

To provide a clear and concise procedure for configuring Cohortium settings, ensuring consistency and accuracy across the system while minimizing errors during execution.

Key Steps


1. Access Cohortium Settings 0:34

  • Hover over the contents area on any Cohortium page to find the hidden module called Cohortium settings. Click on it to open the editor.


2. Configure Cohort Settings 1:08

  • Click into the cohorts section to set the base URL, breadcrumb home label, and default thumbnail for cohorts. Ensure the language used for breadcrumbs is appropriate for your audience.


3. Set Thread Settings 2:15

  • Navigate to the threads section to configure the threads detail base URL and the date and time format. Adjust the default time zone as necessary.


4. Modify Labels and Messages 4:11

  • Update labels for comments, likes, and messages as needed. Ensure that these labels are appropriate for the language and context of your community.


5. Adjust Extra Settings 5:34

  • Configure additional settings for thread names, cohort selection, and image folders. Ensure that all images are stored correctly in the HubSpot file manager.


6. Finalize Member Profile Settings 6:39

  • Set the member profile image path and folder structure for badges. Define the default image for member profiles.


7. Publish Changes 7:00

  • Once all modifications are complete, hit the publish button to apply the changes globally across the system.


8. Verify Updates 7:19

  • Wait a minute or two for the system to catch up and verify that the updates to the Cohortium settings are reflected throughout the system.
