Introduced the Cohortium community platform, a CRM-powered community for HubSpot.

Implemented core components including:

• Members: Users who participate in the community.

• Threads: Primary posts or user-generated content.

• Comments: Responses to threads.

• Cohorts: Categories of threads, which can be public or private.

• Tags: Secondary filtering for conversations within cohorts.

Added two custom objects in HubSpot and new properties to contact records to enhance data management.

Developed drag-and-drop layouts for:

• Community FYP (For You Page): Personalized user experience.

• Cohort Listing: Easy navigation for managers to find and follow cohorts.

• Threads within Cohorts: Organized view of conversations, allowing users to engage easily.

• Member Profiles: Customizable profiles with visibility settings and badge management.

• Member Directory: Allows members to find and connect with each other.

Ensured multilingual support for the platform, utilizing HubSpot’s language variation features.

Integrated with HubSpot’s reporting and workflow functionalities for enhanced data insights and automation.
