Setting up cohort-level moderation
Once you've created your cohort, now you can assign a moderator. While this is not necessary if you have users that will be responsible for moderation for this specific cohort you can determine that user's ability by associating them to the cohort.
- Navigate to the cohort in HubSpot CRM (CRM > Cohorts > [Example Cohort Name])
- Click "+ Add" In the Contact Object (top right of the Cohort Record in HubSpot)
- Choose or create your Contact(s) and click next
- Click "+Add association label" and choose "moderator" and "member"
- Click Save
You should now see contacts association to the top right, and the one you added should have two labels under their name. "Member, Moderator"
Now that your moderator has been added, they can navigate to any thread within that cohort and be able to hit the three dots next to the thread and see the following options.
