Setup of Available Community Badges
This module allows customization of badge display, including size, alignment, and sort order, enhancing the user experience.

Accessing Member Profile Badges

Log into HubSpot.

Navigate to the member profile page where badges are displayed.

Editing Member Profile Badges

Click on the badge you wish to move.

Drag the badge to the desired position on the member profile page.

Click "Update" to save changes. Note that this change will affect all member profiles globally.

Assigning Badges to Individual Members

Go to the CRM and select "Contacts."

Search for the member (e.g., Remington) and open their contact record.

Locate "Cohortium Profile Properties" in the bottom left.

Find the "Cohortium Badges" field and click to edit.

Add or remove badges as necessary.

Click "Save" and refresh the member's profile to see the updated badges.

Creating and Modifying Badges

Click the gear icon in the top right corner and select "Properties."

Type "Cohortium" in the search bar to find "Cohortium Badges."

To change the order of badges, click and drag items in the property settings and hit "Save."

To add a new badge, click "Add Option," enter the label, and upload the badge image (preferably PNG for transparency).

Upload the badge image to the "Cohortium and Badges" folder in the file library.

Automating Badge Assignment

Navigate to "Workflows" and create a new contact-based workflow.

Name the workflow (e.g., "Helpful Badge for First Thread").

Create actions first by selecting "Edit Record" and searching for "Cohortium Badge."

Choose "Append to Current Values" and select the badge to be added.

Set up trigger criteria by filtering when a contact is associated with a thread as an author.

Review and publish the workflow to activate it.
